We loved everything about this hotel. The room was like a scene from a futuristic movie, with modern technology and touchscreens. The service was exceptional, with staff anticipating our needs before we even expressed them. The breakfast was outstanding, and the staff spoke perfect English. The hotel went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday special, with a delicious cake, balloons, and her favorite song. Special thanks to Viola, who made our experience incredible. The location was great, within walking distance to everything in the Wangfujing district.

The rush hour traffic can make it difficult to find a taxi, which can be inconvenient when trying to get around the city.

The hotel was well-located, close to all the main attractions in the city. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met during our stay.
One downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. Despite having both Chinese and Western cuisine, the choices were limited and repetitive.
